Safe and Fair Neighborhoods Conference

Sponsored by Chicago Alliance for Neighborhood Safety (CANS) and co-sponsored by CURL, the conference dealt with positive alternatives to Chicago's Anti-Gang Loitering Ordinance.  The conference was attended by 200 youth and adults; part of momentum to change anti-gang loitering ordinance.
