From the Perspective of Diverse Users: An Evaluation of the City of Chicago Domestic Violence Help Line
In January 2004 the Mayor's Office of Domestic Violence (MODV) and Loyola University Chicago Center for Urban Research and Learning (CURL) initiated a two-year collaborative evaluation of the City of Chicago Domestic Violence Help Line. The National Institute of Justice funded this study to assess the effectiveness of the Help Line's operation in meeting the needs of diverse victims of domestic violence under its "Broadening Our Understanding of Violence Against Women From Diverse Communities" initiative.
